Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Prepare yearly budget for the Power and Construction Equipment Rental Business.
∎ Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other sales wings for getting new query.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
∎ Prepare the monthly sales & collection report.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales projection and performance.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all offers, sales, factors for winning or reason for losing a sales and activity reports of the department as well as competitor activities.
∎ Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have the capability to run rental business independently
∎ Good knowledge on construction & material handling equipments
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
