Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking an experienced and self-driven professional for the position of Manager (Commercial).
∎ Its a Head Office based job, located at Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and establish standard operating procedure (SOP) and planning for commercial department and review time to time.
∎ Leading, monitoring & supervising overall activities of the commercial department
∎ Maintain liaison with bank, C&F, shipping agent/port, customs/bonded warehouse and other govt. /non-govt office.
∎ Follow up export payment/deduction/discount/buyer and report to concern department and ensure to fix it.
∎ Follow-up export register with details export related information and preparing docs for Customs Yearly Audit.
∎ Vast knowledge on customs, bonded warehouse/bond license/bond audit, Incentive, etc.
∎ Ensure validation/renewal of bonded warehouse license from Tax Commissioner's Office including indemnity and undertaking, etc.
∎ Monitor the In Bond & Ex Bond register for Deem export & involve if any problem arises with customs authority.
∎ Monitoring entry and customs approval for in bond/ Ex-bond / consumption / out pass of Customs requirement.
∎ Well conversant to work with Bangladesh customs and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Dealing with cash incentive related all work independently
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Cash Incentive relating to import & Export.
∎ Collect import & Export related all documents from concern authority, prepare form "Kha" & "Gha" and various procedures for cash incentive accordingly and attain bank formalities.
∎ Dealing with (PRC) Proceed Realization Certificate and Back to Back LCs Certificate for Cash Incentive Purpose.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PP, ERP software and emailing.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Should be able to work independently.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be reviewed after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
