Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist and look after all Civil Works of the Group;
∎ Setting out, leveling and surveying the site as and when required;
∎ Checking Plans, Drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
∎ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for all Civil Works of the Group;
∎ Managing, Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client, architect or consultant;
∎ Liaising with any Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Planners, Quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in any Civil works of the Group;
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during the Civil Works;
∎ Responsible for Designing, Survey, Project Management, Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Building & Factory Design with 3D Visualization, Civil Engineering, Building Construction of Factory/Plant/Facility in consultation with the higher authority;
∎ Making sure that the Project meets the International & Local Standards, legal and compliance guidelines, environmental directives and health and safety requirements;
∎ Review daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual reports, bids and all other deliverables received and maintain a proper document management system;
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years practical experience in a reputed group of companies
∎ Job Required For: Civil Construction works for Chemicals, Spinning, Synthetic Fiber, Textiles and Knit Dyeing Factories
