Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Public University.
∎ BUET, CUET, KUET, and RUET students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Planning, scheduling, budget prepare, rate analysis, supervision, quality control of infrastructure construction as per local government and international standards.
∎ Responsible for design, drawing and legal approval process required in construction work for factories & other projects.
∎ Responsible for creating a work schedule that adheres to the project plan and completing all construction works in time.
∎ Capable of handling, controlling and checking project stock, work approval, daily work plan and all related files and documents of the project.
∎ Capable to prepare & check BOQ, pricing, cost estimation including separate BOQ for each construction work or project.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to the management on their current status.
∎ Arranging and utilizing the manpower at its best in construction areas.
∎ Responsible for creating bills of work completed and submitting them to the appropriate authority.
∎ Ensures the safety and security of all men, materials, and equipment of construction site.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years relevant experience on Civil department in Managerial position with must have expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD & MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
