Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing, monitoring & supervision of project activities and ensure that the ongoing project works are in progress smoothly, properly and timely as per approved specification and schedule.
∎ Drawing preparation and monitor drawing process as per demand. Maintain close liaison & co-ordination with Consultant, Engineers/Estimators, Contractors and other team members in the department for effective and efficient operational activities of the department.
∎ Prepare periodical reports on the progress & development of ongoing projects.
∎ Good knowledge on Project Management System (PMS).
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing. Understand the requirement and prepare preliminary Architectural/ Interior design of different projects.
∎ Elaborate risk management plan, critical path and potential risks.
∎ Ensures high quality of the execution of the civil and structural works in conformity with the Quality Assurance Plan, technical specifications of contract and good industry practice.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience on different types of software (MS Project, Auto CAD 2D & 3D, 3D MAX etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge architectural design principles. Detail understanding of construction processes and methods.
∎ Good knowledge on HSE & environmental sustainability.
