Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Drawing, 2D (Auto Cad), 2d 3D Design, 3D CAD, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Structural Designing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct Involvement in construction works. Plan & examine the construction related works.
∎ Assess both challenges & potential risks of the building planned project.
∎ Responsible for field supervising ongoing building & other Civil construction works in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout, plumbing works as per company instruction.
∎ Capable to handle labor works and monitor and supervise the related parts of the project work as per company policy.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvements.
∎ Materials in and out report maintenance with costing.
∎ Follow up details work programs & contractor's manpower.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Have immediate decision-making power.
∎ Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
∎ Monitor and report to the Management of project details & (technical) including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
∎ Ensures all changes to specifications as per field requirement, work scope and drawings are documented.
∎ Monitor the approved budget according to progress of work.
∎ Support to site Engineer technically.
∎ Supervision & monitoring of construction works at site to maintain quality of work.
∎ Ensuring quality of materials & collecting construction sample materials and testing sample as per specifications
∎ Execution of work, record & report daily progress of work as per the schedule
∎ Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer Literate and good communication skill is required.
∎ At least 08 years practical experience in Factory based large industrial organization.
∎ Knowledge on building code, rules and regulation related to the building construction.
Salary: Negotiable
