∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & process of Shipping document, Bill of Lading, Dock receipt, Import/Export declaration, Certificate of origin.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Govt. officials (ie. BSTI, BERC, BTRC, Radiation, Environmental & Explosive department).
∎ Documentation of Shipping lines & freight of different destinations and various charges paid by exporters.
∎ Monitor & proper supervision of import duty requisition with duty, port & agent charges calculation.
∎ Monitor & ensure of online duty payment (RTGS) of banking server, risk bond & shipping guarantee, Email, NOC, container receiving & register entry.
∎ Prepare Navy documents forwarding and monitoring the DG status.
∎ Prepare damage/demurrage calculation & requisition.
∎ Prepare customs related notes and letters.
∎ Monitor and ensure the completion of full process of import job adjustment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast knowledge in HS code classification.
∎ Excellent organizational & leadership skills.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling, hard-working and self-motivated.
∎ Sound communication skills and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
