Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and creating new business scope for Unified communication (IP PBX and Application), Hospitality Application, call center application etc. through direct sales
∎ Business planning and implementing sales strategy.
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
∎ Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
∎ Selling Unified communication solutions (IP PBX, Call Center Application, Hospitality application etc.) in SMB and Enterprise Market.
∎ Understand unified communications platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs.
∎ Lead Generation - Sales Closure.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Identify quality sales leads from the market.
∎ Prospecting and Cold Calling.
∎ Conduct prospecting and lead follow up from marketing activities as required.
∎ Continuously identifying customer needs.
∎ Achieving (and exceeding) sales targets in both Revenue and Gross Margin.
∎ Developing strong relationships with the customer leading to deep understanding of their long-term business strategies.
∎ Should have Good communication skills to build up strong relationship with consultants, Hotel Management, Corporate and Government offices.
∎ Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well Conversed in MS Office package and other related professional software.
∎ Leadership and analytical Skill.
∎ Presentation skill & excellent communication skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Multinational Companies, Corporate (especially for Banks), Hotel & Hospitals, Government Sectors, Unified Communications solution (IP PBX and its Application, Hospitality, application, Call center Application etc.)
