∎ Minimum Diploma in Automobile / Power Engineering from any Govt. polytechnic.
∎ Diploma from private polytechnic are discouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Barishal. (Have to stay at job location Barishal)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To inform the Reporting Manager about the servicing and repairing of the open truck, covered van, pickup, wheel loader with the help of technicians.
∎ Maintenance related all data input into the prescribed software.
∎ To ensure proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ To ensure the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles.
∎ Complete the periodical inspection and repair of all vehicles with the help of technician by procuring spares through purchase section.
∎ Responsible for proper documentation of repair works.
∎ To inform the departmental engineers and technicians about the daily activities of all vehicles such as engine servicing, wheel servicing, nipple point greasing and complete the tasks presenting there.
∎ Overall Automobile workshop operation of approximately 150 trucks and bulk carriers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years relevant experience on Automobile department in Managerial position with must have experience in cement, rod, ceramic or feed mill industry.
∎ Leadership capability is a must.
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
∎ Applicants from Cement or Steel background will get preference.
