Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance or Accounting
∎ An internationally recognized professional finance or accounting qualification - e.g. CA, ICMA, CPA, CMA, CFA etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 05 years experience in national level NGOs or INGOs, Audit, Audit and assurance services, Consultancy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Insurance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The work would be solely/ primarily in the not-for-profit sector/ development sector, hence, the candidate should have experience in diverse engagements in this sector.
∎ The person would be required to lead the team and carry out assignments independently. He/ she would also be required to carry out business development activities such as identifying business opportunities, working on proposals and work towards winning new work for the firm.
∎ The major work shall include but not limited to:
∎ a) Audits- including internal audits and special purpose audits
∎ b) Capacity Assessments - Assessment in the areas of financial management including
∎ budgeting system, fund flow mechanism, cash management, fixed assets, accounting
∎ procedures, value for money, auditing mechanism etc.
∎ c) Financial management reviews
∎ d) Expenditure verification at grant recipient organizations. Review adequacy of financial management systems at grant recipient organizations
∎ e) Review of procurement processes and transactions to ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
∎ f) Supervise the work of the other team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required. Candidates with higher experience are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in the area of financial audit, project audit, internal audit, financial reviews, review of financial management systems in the development sector.
∎ Experience in consulting field would be an added advantage
∎ Candidate should have passion for client work and ability to carry out different types of assignments
∎ Ability to plan and execute assignments independently
∎ Candidate should have leadership skills and ability to lead l teams in different types of assignments
∎ Ability to understand the client’s business
∎ Ability to work under deadlines and pressure situations
∎ Multi-tasking abilities
∎ Problem solving skills and a solution oriented approach
∎ The position would be based on Dhaka but would include travelling throughout Bangladesh, depending on project requirements

Salary: Negotiable
