Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ Experienced in Garments industry will get preference.
∎ Basic inventory and supply chain management knowledge.
∎ Must have skills in computer operating, report writing and good communication skills.
∎ Critical thinking & Problem solving, Communication & Collaboration, Adaptability.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure checking & receiving of purchase requisitions.
∎ To analyze the product present market price.
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Supporting the local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, and issuance of purchase order.
∎ Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the other sister concerns to follow up the requisition and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the goods and materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Follow up receiving of goods and confirmation of payment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
