Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accord, Alliance, Nirapon, fire service and all others government department approval design drawing sheet with authorized architectural seal & signature for existing as build & new factory building.
∎ Design and modify office interior and drawings.
∎ Design factory master layout, land scape design, ETP, warehouse, production floor new proposal & modification design drawing & 3D views.
∎ Provide all type of agreements for consultants related to all design & all vendor.
∎ Prepare the design of architectural design and drawing of total projects and transfer to construction departments for action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on 2D, 3D designs (Auto CAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio Max)
∎ Hands on experience in Interior, Exterior building and land scaping design.
∎ Sound knowledge on Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.

Salary: Negotiable
