Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/B.Sc in Agriculture or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
∎ Prepare plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
∎ Visit the different divisions to inspect crops, livestock, and also perform tests on soil and water.
∎ Ensure seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
∎ Schedule repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
∎ Maintain and monitor the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops.
∎ Understand the implications of the weather and making contingency plans.
∎ Handle the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables, dairy, meat, and grain.
∎ Ensure all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
∎ Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
∎ Maintain a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them.
∎ Build a professional network and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Al least 8 years of extensive experience in a farming-related field.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Self-motivated to make decisions in stressful environments;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory.
∎ Job Location : Gazipur
