Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting/ MBA/ CA-CC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA-CC/ICMA Inter
∎ Skills Required: Banks &Financial,Fabric Marketing,Merchandising.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Export and Import related job.
∎ Handling all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ Handling bank related L/C, Bill of lading, GSP, Cash Incentive, EPB, Forwarding agent, different buyer etc.
∎ Those who have a vast knowledge regarding textile & garments related export only they are requested to apply.
∎ Those who have a practical knowledge about cash incentive will be given priority.
∎ Complete the entire job on buyer system regarding shipment.
∎ Communicating with merchant time to time to confirm is there any changes done by buyer relating to shipment.
∎ Checking with buyer nominated forwarder to get the information regarding the shipment procedure.
∎ Send all the require document to buyer on time complying buyer Instruction.
∎ Make a chart regarding the upcoming import materials.
∎ Make a chart regarding the upcoming shipment.
∎ Completing the goods in-house related job.
∎ In-house the goods on time following the company given policy.
∎ In case of any delay of goods in-house immediately need to update the related merchant.
∎ Submit the monthly shipment report at the each month end.
∎ Prepare all the documents for year-end bond audit.
∎ Overall need to support the production team for uninterrupted production.
∎ Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives
∎ Lead and fully supervise commercial team who looks after import and export business functions including ERP operations for the group;
∎ Manages daily company operations Execute, Coordinate, Monitor daily accounting works, costing and manage LC related works;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc of Commercial Department of the company.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ Checking & controlling PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services;
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time;
∎ Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation;
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organization related to export and import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Ensure Collecting Bill Of Lading on time & submitting export documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
∎ Accepts extra duties as situations arise. Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in computer operation.
∎ Strong correspondence capability over internet and e-mail is must.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft office & email communication.
∎ Good knowledge in English.
∎ Proactive, Loyal, knowledgeable, Good personality.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Have sound Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import/ Export to & from Bangladesh.
∎ Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents related with Bank, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders, Import through L/C& T/T etc.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter , Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity.
