∎ Proficient in using management software system in SAP & ERP.
∎ Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations with minimum error.
∎ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established norms.
∎ Excellent computer skill in MS-Office Suite, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
∎ Proven working experience of managing a admin team for minimum 3 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
∎ Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
∎ Coordinate office space planning and layout changes as necessary.Security Management:
∎ Ensure security protocols are established and adhered to within the company premises.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party security service providers.
∎ Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of security equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response procedures for security incidents and ensure staff is trained on safety protocols.Transport and Fleet Management:
∎ Oversee the company’s transport services, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of vehicles.
∎ Manage the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
∎ Ensure compliance with transport regulations, insurance policies, and vehicle documentation.
∎ Coordinate with drivers to maintain logs, schedules, and monitor fuel usage.Facilities & Maintenance Management:
∎ Oversee building maintenance activities, electrical equipment, plumbing, and general repairs.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for facility services, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
∎ Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas that require attention and ensure the premises are well-maintained.Cleanliness and Hygiene Management:
∎ Supervise the cleaning staff and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas within the premises, including restrooms, workspaces, and common areas.
∎ Develop cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.Health and Safety Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all administrative functions.
∎ Organize and coordinate safety drills, inspections, and staff training related to fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors.Policy and Procedure Development:
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety policies.Communication and Coordination:
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
∎ Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
∎ Facilitate communication between staff and management.Event Coordination:
∎ Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and conferences.
∎ Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
∎ The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the organization. The Administration Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.
∎ Office Management:
