Minimum 10 years of experience in Administration, Including at least 05 years in a managerial role in a modern hospital.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management software.
Candidates having working experience in private multidisciplinary hospitals will be given preference.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Retired Army person will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage the day-to-day personnel and administrative operations of DHL.
- Ensure that the working environment is healthy, respectful, and free from hazards or security risks.
- In coordination with all departments undertake periodic reviews to ensure that the hospital premises are set up and patient accommodations are managed in line with the organizational policies.
- Review administrative arrangements and make appropriate recommendations as required.
- Arranging employee meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed.
- Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized.
- Sorting and delivering all mail and faxes.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting marketing campaigns, outreach, and client follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain a well-organized work environment and records.
- In cooperation with all departments, endorse management strategies for employees, and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
- Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place.
- Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
