∎ Minimum Graduate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 08 years with proven track record (At least 02 years in managerial role)
∎ Maintain communication with External Bodies, Govt. Authorities, Law Enforcement parties as per business need. Developing and maintaining different administrative policies in-line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, Alliance, Accord/RSC etc. Support compliance team for distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/Ethical Compliance Audit, Technical/FCCA/Quality Audit, Electrical Assessment, C-TPAT/GSV/SCS Audit etc. independently and keep proper documents. Supervise overall Admin team & assign their respective duties. Must have basic knowledge regarding garments worker's wages, salary, legal, land and procurement issues. Ensure all kind of health & safety issue within the law & company policy. To take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by proper protocol management, support service and assistance. Ensure updating all relevant registers/gate pass as required by local law and customers Code of conduct. Assist internal audit team. Discuss with compliance team about the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issue then communicate with top management for smooth rectification. Must have experience on large scale transport pool and shipment vehicle management. Always follow the instruction of top management & do any duties as assigned by the same.
