∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ LLB/LLM from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating the purchase and sale of land and inspect project sites to monitor progress of the work as per given standard
∎ Dealing with legal issues like legal notice, affidavit, agreement/contract, drafting various legal letters etc. Maintaining liaison with legal firms, Courts, Sub-register etc.
∎ Monitor all compliance certification like Trade license, ISO, Fire license, Acid use license, Environmental clearance certificate, Factory license, BSTI license, Boiler license, Diesel license Etc.
∎ Practical knowledge on foreign recruitment like to make employment contract, apply to BIDA for VISA recommendation and Work permit, Documents provide to SB and NSI for Security clearance and police report.
∎ Monitor office staff attendance and ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic supports to all the departments & employees.
∎ Handling legal notice to collect any bad debts from customers.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to land and property Management.
∎ Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership ability
∎ Outstanding knowledge on Drafting and Reporting.
∎ Computer literacy is must, good knowledge in MS office & Internet browsing.
∎ Bengali (Bijoy) and English typing skill.
