Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, including housekeeping, security, transport, and logistics support to ensure factory compliance.
∎ Lead and manage administrative staff, including housekeeping and office assistants.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize administrative operational costs.
∎ Monitor buyers' entertainment, tiffin, and canteen services.
∎ Liaison with law enforcement agencies (Police, DC, Labor Office, Labor Federations, UNO, etc.), regulatory authorities, and any other external authorities, institutes, and business associations.
∎ Assist in managing crises such as accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other emergencies.
∎ Ensure and implement Buyer COC and audit findings CAP in the factory.
∎ Prepare the factory to face any kind of buyer's audit compliance, technical, security, WRAP/Sedex/BSCI, and other certifications as and when required.
∎ Maintain all types of certificate license under his custody.
∎ Deal with all matters relating to grievance and disciplinary actions, confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
∎ Ensure verification/checking/monitoring of daily attendance and salary statements.
∎ Investigate migration/absenteeism and late attendance of employees.
∎ Ensure all fire and safety equipment is in proper order and refilled/renewed/changed in due time as per compliance requirements.
∎ Monitor medical & child care center and resolve any issues arising out of these.
∎ Ensure that all supplies are received from approved suppliers and evaluate suppliers periodically.
∎ Ensure that all measuring devices in the factory are being calibrated periodically by the concerned authority.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a Manager experienced in the field of Administration & HR in HR, Admin & Compliance Department for the Garments factory.
∎ Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur.
