Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge in the Banking & financial sectors for smooth handling.
∎ Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed with sound knowledge in English correspondence.
∎ Building strong client relationships to maintain old & acquire new customers
∎ Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill customer requests
∎ Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to company's desires.
∎ Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience & implementation the effect production cost.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs including clearance concept on Software handling.
∎ Candidates having experience in any EPZ factory under Accounts & Finanance dept. will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years experience in manufacturing company as account & finance
