Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible for ensuring all data system processing for H.S. Code for each item for preparation of PI, PACKING LIST, COMMERCIAL INVOICE, INSURANCE, COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, BILL OF LADING, CUSTOM CLEARANCE, and able to manage data with data analysis and reporting to the concerned authorities, and monitor and prepare delivery schedule, inventory, logistics and distribution timely as per market requirement.
∎ To maintain all EXPORT & IMPORT L/C negotiation and make payments to suppliers on time and be responsible for any LC amendments as needed, and maintain a good liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities around the world to ensure smooth operations
∎ To ensure all legal documents support for Customs to release container for sea shipment and air shipment documents as well.
∎ To be responsible for Air and Sea Shipment from various countries to Bangladesh, and LC insurance, Bill of lading for imported goods release.
∎ To maintain a good liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, Custom office, C&F office, and other different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operations, and to respond in a timely manner (Best to respond within an hour during work days).
∎ To be responsible for effectively organizing import related documents, custom TAX, VAT, AIT, ATV, FRIEGHT BILL, and matching with Bill of entry for VAT and TAX purposes.
∎ To coordinate Production department for available support of raw material and accessories supply on time.
∎ To be responsible for commercial strategies, LC opening with value chain development, and cost reduction management.
∎ To responsible for distribution and supply chain management, Commercial, Financial, export & import documents handling and Banking regulation by focusing operations and strategic decision making and planning.
∎ To be responsible for custom clearing and forwarding issues, LC handling, LC documents preparation, and business plans.
∎ Any other works as assigned by the management
∎ Candidates having experience in any EPZ factory under commercial dept. will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years experience in manufacturing company as Commercial Department
