Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Accounting / Finance with CA (Professional Level)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional Accountant who will lead and manage regular Accounting, TAX, VAT and Company affairs related works.
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements as per IAS & IFRS.
∎ Clear and strong knowledge about Corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labour Law and Company Act is a must.
∎ Preparation and submission of TAX and VAT return on time
∎ Supervise TDS and VAT on day-to-day transactions as per NBR rules
∎ Checking payments of vendors & others
∎ Maintaining bank reconciliation on daily basis
∎ Checking disbursement of overtime and maintain record
∎ Checking and maintaining all kinds of Vouchers
∎ Maintaining banking relationship
∎ To supervise the audit program and taking the responsibility of planning, executing and managing the audit program.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 7 years managerial experience after completion of CA-CC
∎ Excellent Accounting skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain business relationship.
