∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounts, Finance
∎ CA/CMA Qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing the risk of investments, etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ To assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ To prepare all annual VAT, TAX & AIT papers for the lawyer.
∎ To achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
∎ To prepare long, medium and short term financial plans and financial reports.
∎ To review monthly financial position of the company & provide time-to-time information to the management regarding financial status.
∎ To categorize all transactions in accounting software so that the financial reports reflect correct position.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Managerial level
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Familiar in ERP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Corporate Finance, Finance
∎ Experience in Real Estate Sector will be preferred.
