Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations ensuring that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and chart of accounts in to ERP system.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management including financial management, financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Manage payments to suppliers, vendors, and staff salaries in line with company's policies. Coordination with Banks for fall banking related transactions.
∎ Manage treasury operations, ensuring smooth cash flow and adequate liquidity for operations.
∎ Preparation of all sort of supporting regarding Tax & VAT Assessment purpose. Always keep update & Communicate with VAT & TAX authority.
∎ Periodical filing of returns for all Taxes like Income tax and TDS. Keep data up to date for timely returns filling. Ensure compliance with VAT, Taxation and other Government Legislation.
∎ Lead the creation and coordination of the organization's annual financial budget in alignment with the operational plan.
∎ Regularly update and monitor the budget, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
∎ Assist with audits and other financial reviews as required.
