Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting from Reputed University,
∎ CA CC from Reputed CA Firms (Partly qualified will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Budget
∎ Preparation of Monthly Accounts with variance analysis within timeframe.
∎ Ensure Cost Control, pre-order and post order cost sheet analysis and report to the management.
∎ Give Presentation of Financial Report & Cost analysis to Top management
∎ Ensure Inventory Management
∎ Develop Internal control system
∎ Ensure monthly Bank reconciliation timely.
∎ Fund Management
∎ Produce required documents by Bank and Govt. Agency.
∎ Follow up Monthly stock report and arrange physical verification at period end.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of factory petty Cash and Check all instrument.
∎ Ensure preparation of Salary statement and arrange salary payment timely.
∎ Follow up production report (Efficiency & Productivity).
∎ Before L/C open party ledger basis PI Checking & obtain Audit approval
∎ Ensure internal audit of all documents / Vouchers
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT & Income Tax return
∎ Ensure deduction of VDS & TDS from bill, arrange payment and issue certificate as per Govt. Regulations
∎ Ensure Inter Company Balance Reconciliation regularly.
∎ Ensure record keeping in software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in Tally, MS Office, Internet etc;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments Industries will get preference.
