Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA CC/ACCA/CMA is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost Accounting, Finance Bank Operation, Finance Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account,
∎ Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Monthly salary & overtime sheet check.
∎ Maintain the Petty Cash.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statement.
∎ Set up and enforce proper accounting methods, polices & principles
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
∎ Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
∎ To prepare all kinds of vouchers and posting to accounting book, ledger maintenance, ensure posting on software.
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the automated accounting software system.
∎ To Prepare bank reconciliation statement, daily cash & bank book maintenance.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense.
∎ Review and monitor all advances and adjusted on timely.
∎ Secure the proper filing and storage of all financial records.
∎ Assist and provide information to internal and external auditor.
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents.
∎ Recording daily transactions sales, receivable and collection.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly & quarterly sales and collection report.
∎ Prepare sales bill, voucher and posting to the system.
∎ Regular collection entry posting.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Independently petty cash management experience.
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments/Textile.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
∎ Software proficiency is needed.
∎ Well organized and possess a strong work ethic should have enough knowledge and experience about Banking and VAT & Tax.
∎ Works well as a team member or independently
Salary: Negotiable
