Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of all types of voucher checking along with proper documentation & timely posting in the system.
∎ Factory expenses voucher checking, signing and timely posting in the system.
∎ Responsibilities of timely Bank reconciliation statements of all banks of the company.
∎ Ensure all reconciliation like inventory, receivable payable etc., before preparing financial statement.
∎ Overall responsibility of preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & Yearly financial statements for management.
∎ Ability to prepare financial statements independently considering TAX & VAT rules and filling TAX return.
∎ Liaison with the Bank, Financial Institute, Auditor, Custom, VAT, Bond, Income Tax authority & RJSC.
∎ Monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable.
∎ Collaboration in development of financial policies and procedures, ability to work in a team within the company and other company of the group.
∎ Handle all work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
