Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The RANCON Future Leadership Program is a two-year program that is specifically designed to nurture the high potential fresh graduates and expedite their professional development. It is intended to provide them with the necessary skills to succeed in a business environment that is becoming more competitive and diverse.
∎ We are currently in search of dynamic, self-motivated, and high-potential recent graduates to join us as Management Trainees as we continue to expand our business in Bangladesh.
