Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure spare parts Purchase Order as per plan;
∎ Prepare, update & manage database to ensure proper record of material.
∎ Ensure LC opening/amendment after sharing L/C plan;
∎ Ensure shipment confirmation and document endorsement;
∎ Collect & process bill within stipulated timeline;
∎ Collect the Custom Duty Figure and ensure the Issuance of Pay-Order;
∎ Create material request for local purchase and ensure timely receiving at Warehouse.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, Innovative and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge is must, like- Word, Excel & PPT.

Salary: Negotiable
