- All academic courses must be completed
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- English-medium background candidates will receive priority
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva/Illustrator) is an advantage
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in daily administrative and academic coordination tasks
- Support documentation, data entry, report preparation, and filing
- Help organize school events, meetings, and communication activities
- Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents as needed
- Maintain records and ensure smooth office operations
- Create and manage content for social media, website blogs, and online platforms
- Support classroom technology (printouts, projectors, multimedia, e-learning tools)
Work Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Duration:
- 3–6 months
