About the Role:

The New School Dhaka is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Business Development Officer who is well conversant with social media management, content creation, photo editing, and school marketing. The role focuses on strengthening the school’s brand presence, increasing student enrollment, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business development and marketing strategies for student admissions
• Manage and grow the school’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media and promotions
• Edit photos and basic videos using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
• Design promotional materials (posters, banners, ads, flyers)
• Act as the focal person for marketing coordination between management, teachers, and parents
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
• Assist in organizing school events, open houses, and promotional activities
