Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain Management, MIS, EEE, Civil, Mechanical, IPE, Food Technology from Public and UGC approved private universities.
∎ Minimum CGPA of 3.3 out of 4.00 in undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the daily activities of each department and how they relate to the organization's purpose and vision.
∎ Analyze and develop strategic business processes to achieve organizational operations.
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, project work, and other learning opportunities, as well as learning business policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Forecasting future company strategies and compiling plausible study reports in order to minimize business risk and maximize profitability.
∎ Recognize trends and recommend preventative or corrective action to enhance business situations.
∎ Travel to various SBU's and their factories and assist with daily operations as needed.
∎ Participate as a project member in a variety of functional projects assigned by the functional head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only fresh graduates are eligible to apply, but candidates with two or three months of experience may be considered.
∎ Must have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suites
∎ Final selected candidates will be engaged as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for one year (probationary period) and will receive an attractive monthly remuneration package.
∎ After successful completion of probationary period, they will be assigned to a senior position (based on ongoing evaluation and requisite competencies) under the Akij Resources Limited approved salary grade structure.
