Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain Management, MIS, CSE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical, ICT from Public and UGC approved Private University.
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.3 out of 4.00 in Graduation & Post Graduation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand each department's daily processes which are align to the organizational mission and vision.
∎ Analyze and developing strategic business process to achieve organizational operations
∎ Participating in meetings, workshop, project work and others learning prospects as well as gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols SOPs
∎ Forecasting future business plan and prepare feasible study report for mitigate business risk and increase profitability.
∎ Identify trends and recommends proactive or corrective action to manage business situations.
∎ Roving to different SBU's /Factories and participating in daily operations as required
∎ Work as project members in different functional projects, as assigned by corresponding functional head.
∎ Job prospect:
∎ Final Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for a period of 01 Year (Probationary period) with an attractive monthly remuneration package. After successfully completion of probationary period they will be designated senior position (based on continuous evaluation and required competency) under Akij Resources Limited approved Salary grading structure.
