∎ Has to be Good knowledge in Photoshop/illustrator and relevant thing.
∎ Communication skill has to be good in terms of written speaking and listening.

∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive.
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).

∎ Communicate with the brands & execute the research & development process, follow up & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery.
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments. Meet suppliers and producers, negotiate prices.
∎ Research and develop new designs & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast.
∎ Innovate new techniques, applications & support industrialization.
∎ Present & promote new designs & developments to the brands or customers.
∎ Coordinate with concerned departments for price quotations, package shipping, releasing & payments, etc.
∎ Cooperate with the team for planning, organizing & executing administrative duties.
∎ Able to understand the needs of the customer/market target.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor & management.
