Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having a thorough understanding of our core values through stints in business units across the organization, MTE will eventually specialize in any of the fields of Freight Forwarding, Airline GSA & Cargo, Express Courier Service, Project Management, Information Technology etc.
∎ The MTE program aims to provide a holistic learning environment to you. You can get a taste of different learning opportunities and not just be knowledgeable in one sector of the business. In a way, your view will be broadened, and you will learn how to work with people from different departments. You will learn how to think and act like them and one day you will given the chance to lead the entire department.
