Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of medical equipment and supplies.
∎ Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in processing orders, coordinating shipments, and addressing customer inquiries related to products and services.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in marketing campaigns, and support the launch of new products.
∎ Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties such as maintaining files, preparing reports, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
∎ Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a management or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
