Responsibilities & Context:
Loading and Unloading: Carefully organizing, loading, and unloading packages to prevent damage.
Route Planning and Delivery: Following assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery to multiple destinations.
Customer Service: Interacting with customers professionally, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints on-site.
Safety and Maintenance: Adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, including performing basic vehicle inspections (e.g., fuel, tires).
Documentation and Payments: Obtaining delivery signatures, managing receipts, maintaining delivery logs, and collecting payments.
Communication: Reporting issues, such as delays, accidents, or damaged goods, to supervisors immediately.
