Job Context:
∎ • An International chain restaurant is seeking a talented, skilled, and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your main responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our restaurant outlets. Your duties will include carrying out quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
∎ • Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of HVAC, kitchen equipment & premise maintenance procedures. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc.
∎ • Every morning checking all lights, Power Supply, Switches & AC system.
∎ • Carry out maintenance and minor repairs including painting and filling gaps or crevices on walls or sidewalks, carpeting, installations, etc.
∎ • Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
∎ • Perform non-routine duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
∎ • Using mechanical acumen to diagnose machinery and equipment malfunctions.
∎ • Creating and implementing a plan for repairs using various hand and power tools.
∎ • Develop and perform routine preventive maintenance as well as determine and report the need for major repairs.
∎ • Repair and replace general hardware.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Good time management and knowledge of electrical works.
∎ • Physically fit and have a positive attitude to work.
∎ • Knowledge of basic rescue and have First Aid training.
∎ • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.
