Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for the experienced candidates of hygiene products manufacturing industry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Paper, Pharmaceuticals, Sanitary ware
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all maintenance and installation works of machineries/equipments to ensure their full functionality.
∎ Ensure interrupted power supply for smooth operation, functionality of fire fighting system.
∎ Troubleshoot PLC, servo drive and servo motor related problems.
∎ Keep historical records of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities.
∎ Prepare monthly maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
∎ Prepare annual maintenance plan and ensure availability of both foreign and local spare parts.
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of DG, Air compressor and WTP with ensure of consumables availability.
∎ Assist in purchasing spare parts, lubricating agent, utility materials and others also maintain records of spares.
∎ Take initiative to achieve set target for KPI improvement.
∎ Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Should have knowledge about MS application, Auto CAD.
∎ Should have knowledge on PLC control and servo system, knowledge on HVAC, VRF will be an added advantage.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on CAPA, 5S and Kaizen.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for the experienced candidates of hygiene products manufacturing industry.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
