Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have BSC in Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitring & ensuring the periodic & timely execution of activities to assure performance of all machines and equipment's across the organization.
∎ Implementation of policies, Procedures across the maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system & equipment's.
∎ Conducting regular inspection of all machines & equipment's & keeping service records / logs of all day to day installations / repairs / maintenance etc.
∎ Initiate and follow the maintenance schedule & execute it on regular basis.
∎ Analytical capability to review equipment breakdowns and work out a corrective / preventive action plan to be included in role.
∎ Ability to handle technical workforce.
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis
∎ Analyzing existing systems and planning future strategies and decision making to ensure significant cost minimization and less breakdowns.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with equipment suppliers, local service providers for maintenance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Checking and monitoring power generation operation status.
∎ Repairs & maintenance of Footwear Machinery / Air conditioner/ Generator / Compressor / Electrical/ Electronic items & components in production unit.
∎ Any other related job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have 10-12 (Ten-Twelve) years working experience in the Footwear or any manufacturing industry.
∎ Installation/Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Factory/Plant/Facility Management
∎ Should have computer literacy and good command in English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Ready to take challenge and work under pressure.
∎ Smart, Energetic, Hardworking and Honest.
