∎ Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for receiving and issuing all kinds of finished goods from different manufacturing units and maintain storage properly.
∎ Update bin card and stock register for every transaction.
∎ Prepare goods receiving memo (GRM), store return memo (SRM), store issue requisition (SIR), gate pass and delivery challan for incoming and outgoing materials.
∎ Arrange finished goods in loading area for every truck, check quantity and quality for each and every carton before loading.
∎ Monitor unloading activities and also confirm quantity and preserving location.
∎ Prepare VAT challan for every consignment, transfer electronic challan to concern area offices instantly.
∎ Collect outsourced transactions data from different warehouses or distribution points, also update inventory system on daily basis.
∎ Checked and verify physical inventory, prepare different types of inventory report as per requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with different transport providers and manufacturing units for timely distribution.
∎ Ensure good storage practice following standard operating procedures as well as guideline of Good manufacturing practice (GMP) and International organization for standardization (ISO).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office is essential.
∎ Able to work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
