Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline. PGD in SCM will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Logistics Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Area office stock levels of commodities, promotional materials, office equipment, spare parts etc.
∎ Raise SIR and GRM, challan to deliver the commodity and promotional materials to the field officers through electronic challan as per requirement with the collaboration of Sr. Area Executive/Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Manager.
∎ Manage store in accordance with standard storage guidelines/SOP
∎ Assess and provide office supplies and necessary office equipment to the Area office staff as needed.
∎ Assess and provide vehicle spare parts for repair and maintenance as needed.
∎ Prepare monthly duty roster of Security Guards and check all registers maintained by the security Guards.
∎ Check and verify time sheets and over time statement of Drivers, Security Guards, Attendance, Porter etc for accuracy and prepare vehicle use report and vehicle control report.
∎ Dispatch and receive mail and maintain register.
∎ Visit and verify Sales Officers stock/go-down to assess store conditions and stock level. Prepare report for submission to the Sales Manager.
∎ Assist the Sales Manager in preparing various deed of agreement with vendors, floating tender, bidding process and local procurement as per company rules.
∎ Evaluate the annual performance of all graded staffs and recommended leave, checking expense bill, etc.
∎ Perform ISO Audit, Physical verification of SMC stock & assets by Internal &, External Auditors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive, hardworking and ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
