We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable Live Presenter to represent our real estate company on digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage audiences effectively. She will be responsible for hosting live sessions, promoting property listings, and creating a positive and trustworthy brand impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).

• Clearly explain property features, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities to the audience.

• Prepare scripts, presentation plans, and promotional content before live sessions.

• Build and maintain a positive brand image through professional presentation.

• Ensure high-quality audio-visual presentation standards during live broadcasts.

• Present properties in a clear, attractive, and persuasive manner to attract potential buyers.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive body language during live sessions.

• Smart, well-groomed, and camera-friendly personality.

• Strong self-confidence and the ability to speak fluently without hesitation.

• Good sense of fashion and presentability suitable for on-screen appearance.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive in engaging audiences.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage unexpected situations during live sessions.

• Basic knowledge of social media trends and live streaming techniques.

• Participation in extra-curricular activities such as hosting, anchoring, or public speaking will be an advantage.
