∎ Understand how to teach Operator as a good Teacher.
∎ Understand quality.
∎ Giving solution and investigation about production & target within allocate time frame.
∎ Assist how achieve the line / Production Target.
∎ Capable to determine the Sewing / Line Problem.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Hard Working.
∎ Maintain discipline.
∎ Good communication skill.
