Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficient in lighting design with the ability to independently create lighting layouts and BOQs, tailored to client needs.
∎ Advanced expertise in DIALux is a must, with hands-on experience in producing technically sound and visually compelling lighting simulations.
∎ Solid working knowledge of design software tools including AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and DMX programming, along with general proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Strong understanding of electrical design principles.
∎ Ability to interact with clients, understand project requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
∎ Confident in preparing and delivering professional, creative presentations to stakeholders.
∎ Excellent communication, client handling, and project management skills.
∎ Familiarity with BNBC codes and regulatory standards is preferred.
