Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operating the lift: Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the lift Maintaining the lift: Ensuring the lift is properly maintained and in good working order Loading and unloading: Providing safe and efficient loading, transporting, and unloading of all guests on aerial or surface lifts Maintaining ramps: Maintaining the loading and unloading ramps, setting up signage, barrier fencing, ropes, and maze lines Answering inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints Providing assistance: Providing physical assistance to guests as required Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service and creating positive memories for guests Other duties: Daily inspection, preparing furniture for home delivery, grooming ramps, clearing chairs, check tickets, and maintaining certain standards
