Subject: Bengali, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Higher mathematics, Religion(Hindu, Islam), ICT.

Responsibilities:     

• Planning, preparation and providing interesting lessons and digital content that meets students needs and abilities.   
• Creating a helpful and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valuable and encouraged to participate.    
• In order to maintain a favorable education environment, effective classroom management strategy must be implement.       
• To evaluate the progress of the students through various methods such as testing, projects and discussions etc.        
• Provide constructive response to students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.      
• Must have effective communication with various stakeholders to assist in the overall development of the institution.      
• There should be updates about the best practice, curriculum development and teaching methods.       
• Creating a learning environment for students and developing attractive lessons planning and implementation.      
• Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture and to cooperate with colleagues and parents to ensure the success of the students.       
• Classes should be conducted in English version of the relevant subject.
