Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for full time Faculty for the Dept of English. The successful candidate should be able to:
∎
∎ Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize students' learning.
∎ Ensure that teaching content is appropriately informed by current research.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues in the continuous review and development of the Department's programs.
∎ Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students' work.
∎ To contribute to research through high quality publications.
∎ Carry out specific departmental roles and functions as may reasonably be required.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the University Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Teaching experience preferred.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali.
∎ Candidates with M Phil Degree and having publications will be given preference.
