Job Context:
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 2 Years. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Quality Control functions for the Project including the planning of Quality Control inspections and preparation of reports.
∎ Establish and/or Review ITPs, Quality Plan, and Work Method Statement for the quality control section.
∎ Promote Quality Assurance of the Company.
∎ Be familiar with QA/QC Bangladesh and International standards and norms.
∎ Controlling and implementing corrective actions internally and with Subcontractors.
∎ Monitors inspections progress, review reports and documentation and verify, upon completion of the work, that all requirements have been met and that the required Quality records have been gathered and filed.
∎ Monitoring on a day-to-day basis GWTSNC Project complaints with the approved quality plan.
∎ Maintains the latest applicable drawings and specifications with amendments and or approved modifications at the job site and ensures that they are used for all shop drawings, fabrication, construction, inspection & testing.
∎ Oversees the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspectors' daily inspection logbooks.
∎ Recommend improvements to the procedure followed by sub-contractors to ensure quality control.
∎ Support selection and coordination with approved 3rd party.
∎ Update daily basis inspection & test.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Head QA/QC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project QA/QC professional activities, minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities as a QA/QC Engineer.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ability to work effectively with clients, regulators/reviewers, peers, support staff)
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EDMS (Aconex, ProjectWise, etc).
