∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18 years experience is required, of which at least 12 years experience in building design is required.
∎ Conversant with structural analysis & design software – ETABS, STAAD-pro.
∎ Conversant with BNBC & ACI code.
∎ Experienced in designing both RCC and steel structure.
∎ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
∎ Proven ability to manage complex projects.
∎ Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
∎ Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Modeling, structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
∎ Coordinate with the architects and external consultants to finalize the framing system of a building and solving design related problem.
∎ To guide and supervise CAD detailer in drafting process and prepare structural drawings.
∎ Top supervision and ensure the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.
∎ Checking of test results of different construction materials.
∎ To provide lead management and oversight to the Structural team and inspire and develop the team's skills and qualities.
∎ Devise new approaches to problem solving and prepare or modify drawings, specifications.
